“The experience with Youthmakers Hub was full of pleasant surprises and inspiring people who, as a project leader, helped me discover many valuable perspectives on a wide range of topics. Moreover, the materials we received can be used in future training activities with new generations, helping them design more creative, organized, attractive, and fulfilling events and activities for their peers and other teenagers. The experience with my YMH Mentor was rich in coherent ideas and brought a lot of clarity regarding the vision and next steps for this project, as well as for the activities with teenagers in our programme over the coming years. On top of that, my mentor facilitated a workshop called “Step by step: creating impact in the world” for the teenagers in the YouthBank Făgăraș programme, which offered them practical tools and inspiration for their future initiatives.”
