Youthmakers Hub Kenya Participates in Youth Organisations Strengthening Forum in Nairobi
Youthmakers Hub Kenya, represented by Dr. Esther Munyiri, participated in the Youth Organisations Strengthening Forum and VirtueLead Exhibition on 22–23 July 2026 at the Ulwazi Conference Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.
Organized by Emerging Leaders Foundation Africa, the two-day forum brought together youth-led organizations, development partners, civil society organizations, policymakers, community leaders, and young changemakers.
Held under the theme “From Values to Impact: Building Virtue-Driven and Sustainable Youth-Led Organisations and Leadership,” the forum focused on how ethical leadership, strong organisational systems, and shared values can support sustainable civic and community impact.
The Youth Organisations Strengthening Forum was designed to equip youth-led organisations with practical tools, peer-learning opportunities, and collaborative spaces to help them build more resilient and sustainable institutions.
During the forum, Dr. Esther Munyiri participated in interactive sessions addressing key areas of organisational development, including:
- Values-based leadership
- Organisational governance
- Institutional sustainability
- Financial resilience
- Operational systems
- Impact measurement
The forum also created opportunities for participants to exchange experiences, identify shared challenges, and learn from organisations working across youth leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, civic engagement, and community development.
For Youthmakers Hub Kenya, the forum was an opportunity to strengthen youth leadership and organisational excellence through collaboration, continuous learning, and strategic partnerships.
The knowledge gained and professional relationships established during the two-day forum will contribute to the continued growth of Youthmakers Hub Kenya and strengthen its capacity to support young people as ethical, innovative, and impactful leaders.
Youthmakers Hub Kenya thanks Emerging Leaders Foundation–Africa for creating a valuable space for learning, dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of youth-led solutions.
