On October 22, 2025, Youthmakers Hub took part in the “Bridging Continents through Innovation: Africa-Europe Innovation Dialogues” in Brussels, Belgium. Co-Founder and CEO Konstantinos Maragkos and Senior Project Manager Silvia Diazzi represented the organization at this landmark event, which brought together policymakers, academic leaders, startups, investors, and innovation support organizations to shape the future of Africa–Europe collaboration. Sessions explored capacity building, digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and the newly launched Africa-Europe Innovation Platform.

A highlight was the “One Minute, One Idea” nano-pitch session, where Konstantinos delivered a concise micropitch presenting Youthmakers Hub’s mission and impact. Watch the Youthmakers Hub micropitch here (06:00:45 – 06:01:40).

Silvia Diazzi contributed to the Panel “Sister Initiatives of the AEIP”, where she presented the AU–EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective programme. The panel explored how different initiatives can collaborate as a “network of networks,” creating stronger synergies across sectors and regions. During this panel and bilateral exchanges, the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab App was presented as a practical tool enabling youth participation in innovation, advocacy, and capacity building. 

Participating in this dialogue allowed Youthmakers Hub to strengthen partnerships, increase the visibility of youth-led initiatives, and position the organization and its projects, such as the AU-EU Youth Voices Lab programme, within the broader Africa–Europe innovation ecosystem. By contributing to both strategic discussions and practical showcases, the organization continues to translate dialogue into action, connecting ecosystems and empowering youth to actively shape the future of Africa–Europe cooperation.
