In December 2025, alongside the warmth of our end-of-year celebrations, we were proud to receive the 2025 .eu Web Award from EURid for the website we created for the AU‑EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective programme. The programme’s official website, created by Youthmakers Hub, was honoured with the 2025 .eu Web Award in the People’s Choice Category, a recognition that highlights both its digital excellence and the strong community behind it.

The .eu Web Awards, organized annually by EURid, celebrate outstanding websites that demonstrate creativity, impact, and a commitment to a safer, greener, and more innovative internet. During the nomination phase last September, all submissions underwent an internal review against predefined criteria.

The AU‑EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective website distinguished itself through both public support and expert evaluation. The programme gathered 2,635 online votes and a 5/5 score from the jury, reflecting not only the engagement of our community across Africa and Europe but also its recognition from EU institutions.

This award recognizes technical excellence and is a testament to the collective spirit that drives the programme. We extend our gratitude to everyone who supported our nomination, voted, shared, and championed the work of the AU‑EU Youth Voices Lab – Power of the Collective programme.

Receiving the 2025 .eu Web Award is both an honour and a motivation. It reinforces our commitment to maintaining a digital platform that is accessible, engaging, and keeps growing, offering more opportunities to youth across continents.
