Reflections in Action: A Youthmakers Hub Workshop in Heraklion, Crete | September 2022

In September 2022, specifically on the 26th, Youthmakers Hub facilitated an in-person workshop titled “It’s reflection time!” in Heraklion, Crete. This event, held at the innovative Kotsanas Ancient Greek Technology Museum, delved into the integration of reflective practices into everyday life.

Our trainer, MarcoValerio Battaglia from Kamaleonte, initiated the process by helping us understand the concept of reflection. Throughout the workshop, participants honed their cooperation and problem-solving skills, learned to build trust and relationships, and discovered how reflection can be a powerful tool in achieving goals. Using non-formal methods, they navigated the various levels of reflection and experienced the positive impact of giving and receiving feedback. A key insight from the activity was the realization that regardless of language or age differences, a reflective approach can always pave the way to success.
