Joana Demirani holds a BA in International and European Studies from the University of Piraeus. Her curiosity for new cultures and perspectives led her to spend a semester at the Metropolitan University of Prague, enriching her academic and personal horizons. Thriving in an international environment, she interned at the Permanent Representation of Greece to the EU in Brussels, where she focused on environmental issues. Joana’s dedication to education and human rights has propelled her to take on roles advocating for migration and practicing non-formal education methods. As a Project and HR Manager, she fosters structured, welcoming environments prioritizing results and balance. Joana firmly believes consistency, teamwork, and self-awareness are fundamental to cultivating a productive and successful workplace.
