Empowering Civic Engagement Through Digital Tools | October 2022

In October 2022, Youthmakers Hub and Ecogenia organized a dynamic two-day training seminar in Athens, Greece, titled “Using Digital Tools for Civic Engagement.” As part of the Erasmus+ project “nEU Citizenship,” the event aimed to equip young members of the Greek community with essential digital strategies for impactful civic engagement. Participants delved into case studies and practical tools, igniting discussions on the significance of civic involvement in Greek society. The second day featured inspiring talks by Stefanos Loukopoulos from Vouliwatch, followed by brainstorming sessions, where attendees developed their own digital campaign ideas. The seminar fostered a new wave of digitally savvy and socially conscious young leaders, determined to create positive change in their local communities.
