Youthmakers Hub Joins the UNESCO x SEVENTEEN “Going Together” Global Youth Grant Scheme
Youthmakers Hub is proud to announce its participation in the UNESCO x SEVENTEEN “Going Together – For Youth Creativity and Well-Being” Global Youth Grant Scheme, which officially kicked off in March 2025 and will run until December 2025.
The Global Youth Grant Scheme aims to fund and support 100 youth-led action projects worldwide, providing young people with the resources and skills to develop innovative solutions for positive social impact in three key areas: building creative communities together with youth, supporting youth mental health and well-being, and promoting youth confidence and resilience through music, arts, and sports.
Each youth-led action project receives a grant, alongside training sessions and mentoring throughout its development. The program begins with a capacity-strengthening phase, equipping grantees with essential knowledge and tools to maximize their impact.
As the lead for the ENA region, Europe and North America, Youthmakers Hub directly supports 20 of the 100 grantees through virtual contextualized trainings, monthly trainings, mentorship sessions, and final workshops.
On March 10 and 11, 2025, Youthmakers Hub participated in a two-day capacity-building partner workshop alongside UNESCO and other partners, contributing to the design of the program structure and the first steps of implementation.
Through this initiative, Youthmakers Hub continues to support young people in transforming their ideas into meaningful action.
For youth well-being and creativity, we are going together. Are you with us?
