Youthmakers Hub is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic student for an exciting Operations & Management Internship. This internship promises a dynamic and engaging experience, offering a diverse range of responsibilities that will provide invaluable insights into the intricacies of administration and management.

  • Supporting Team Members: Collaborate with experienced professionals to assist in various admin-related tasks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Team and Partner Meetings: Actively participate in team and partner meetings, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project goals.
  • Event Support: Provide support for both online and offline events, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive participant experience.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify suitable channels for sharing events and opportunities, contributing to the expansion of project reach and impact.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparing detailed reports for projects, showcasing key achievements, challenges, and insights gained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Internal Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling, organizing, and documenting internal meetings, including preparing minutes, summaries, and tracking outcomes to ensure accountability and continuity.
  • Documentation Organization: Maintain and organize internal documentation, digital files, and records, ensuring accuracy, easy access, and alignment with project and organizational standards.
  • Enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in administration management.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • C1 level of English proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication in an international setting.
