Youthmakers Hub is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic student for an exciting Project Management Internship. We seek a proactive and dedicated individual to become an integral part of our team, delving into the exciting realm of project management within the European Union context. This internship promises a dynamic and engaging experience, offering a diverse range of responsibilities that will provide invaluable insights into the intricacies of EU project management.

  • Supporting Team Members: Collaborate with experienced professionals to assist in various project-related tasks, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Research and Proposal Contribution: Conduct thorough research to contribute to developing project proposals, demonstrating a keen ability to gather relevant information and articulate it effectively.
  • Team and Partner Meetings: Actively participate in team and partner meetings, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project goals.
  • Network Building: Cultivate valuable networks within the EU project management landscape, establishing connections that contribute to the success of ongoing and future initiatives.
  • Event Support: Provide support for both online and offline events, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive participant experience.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify suitable channels for sharing events and opportunities, contributing to the expansion of project reach and impact.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparing detailed reports for EU projects, showcasing key achievements, challenges, and insights gained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Dissemination Texts: Craft compelling dissemination texts that effectively communicate project outcomes and impact, contributing to the visibility and recognition of the initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Take on a pivotal role in content creation, producing engaging and impactful materials that align with the project’s objectives and enhance its overall visibility.
  • Enthusiastic individual with a strong interest in EU project management.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work effectively in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • C1 level of English proficiency, ensuring clear and effective communication in an international setting.

This position reports directly to the Project Manager.
