The project “Refl’Action” focuses mainly on using Reflection as a practice to promote the well-being and transferability of learning to empower young people as well as to promote an active lifestyle aimed at conscious growth. Through practical activities, both digital and on the ground, the project will aim to achieve the transferability of reflective practices in daily life. The project aims to promote well-being, active participation in community life, the development of digital skills, and the strengthening of the sense of belonging to the European Union. Itwill last 18 months, starting from December 2021 and the consortium includes CPIE Centre Corse A Rinascita from France, Kamaleonte from Italy, and Youthmakers Hub. It is a Small-Scale Partnership, under the Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ programme being funded by the National Agency of France.

The activities under this programme are:

  • Preliminary meeting in Corsica

A transnational training in which trainers and researchers from the organizations involved will exchange good practices and develop the frame of reference within which to progress.

  • Research on reflective practices

Researching reflective practices and how to bring them from the theoretical context to practical implementation. We will try to identify techniques to bring reflection, permanently, within the individual training cycle.

  • Training at a local level

Events at a local level in which participants will be involved in the activities planned during the transnational meeting, focused on the moment of reflection, and which will be followed by evaluation questionnaires. These questionnaires will be administered not only at the end of the activity but also subsequently, to collect objective and real data on the impact that reflective practices are having on the participants.

  • Two-day hackathon

The Hackaton is an online event lasting 48 hours in which numerous initiatives will be organized, such as webinars with pedagogical experts to deepen the knowledge and applicability of reflective practices in training courses; interactive tables with the protagonists of the project to deepen the issues brought forward and the results of the research; interactive activities with transnational participants on the project topics; as well as webinars on the opportunities of the Erasmus + program to approach a new audience.

  • Mobility session

This training is organized in Italy and will be a joint staff training capacity-building event for staff/trainers, who will work in the education field and can use the reflective practices. The goals of the event are to share about the good practices to facilitate individual and group reflection, share the first draft of data collection with the trainers participating,  brainstorm ideas and suitable methods to promote well-being through reflection and strengthen Consortium partnership.

  • Communication Kit

A timely communication kit will be prepared in order to raise awareness of the project and its results through the website, infographics, social media, newsletters, and vidcasts.

  • Practice brief: Refl’Action

This practice brief will consist of a book of almost 80 pages where all the results of the project’s research will be collected. This practice brief will be available in English, Italian, French, and Greek, to reach as many people as possible. It will be printed and available in pdf version on the project’s website, all of the partner’s websites, and on EU platforms.

  • Final Report of the project

This report will include all stages of the project, preparation, implementation, and evaluation, and it will also be available on the projects’ and partners’ websites.
