Youthmakers Hub is a partner to this project. The issues of Girls’ Education and Teenage Pregnancy can never be solved if the ‘main’ perpetrators are not directly involved in finding a final and lasting sustainable solution, and these are the Men Boys. The mission of this project is to create African Unity in diversity regarding supporting education especially for Girls and Ending Teenage Pregnancies. In sub-Saharan Africa, if all women completed primary education, maternal deaths would be reduced by 70%, saving almost 50,000 lives. 10% fewer girls would become pregnant under 17 years in sub-Saharan Africa and South and West Asia if they all had a primary education.

The project aims to create a coalition of community support of young people to find solutions for Girls’ Education and to directly involve all stakeholders, to increase the capacity of grassroots organizations to perform their roles as independent development actors more effectively to achieve gender equality in education and to create a Joint Basket of sustainable resources for community-led programs by young people.
