“I am passionate about technology and telecommunication systems, having worked in the field of internet banking and website manager. People say that I am also a good public speaker. I love participating in technological and social projects, because I believe that technology can change positively our society. Youthmakers Hub is for me the source of inspiration in how telecommunication systems and new technology in general can contribute in the development of our society.”
My 5 Ws
Who is your role model?
I have a dream since the time I was in the primary school to become important person for the world and the community. So I have been lucky enough to have met exceptional persons like doctors, professors, employers and Engineers. In the last category, engineering, I distract the positive aspects and skills of engineers who transform the world with technology in all side. So, my role model are a lot of engineers, teachers and employers who are my sources of inspiration, learning, development. Two among them are Marcos Veremis and Mohammed Mo Ibrahim.
What are you proud of?
I am proud of my efforts and success until now, after big risks and courage. With my determination I have proved life-changing and I am following my dream to become an important person for our world. I am also very proud of my capacity to learn and never let down as Nelson Mandela said: I never lose. I either win or learn.
When was a life-changing moment in your life?
When I was a child, my father had a book with title Panta Rei (everything flows for the concept in the philosophy of Heraclitus). When I left my DR Congo for the first time, I could understand the meaning of Panta Rei because it was a big life changing moment in my life. The second was when I passed the greek national exam, it gives me a status of engineering student, it changed the way of thinking and opened new relations, opportunities. My next big life-changing will in that you are reading now, together we will change positively our world!
Where have you felt mostly outside of your comfort zone?
Until now I haven’t felt outside of my comfort zone, because as a missionary, I try to create life everywhere I am. If I must say something, I will say that travelling on the sea makes me outside of my comfort zone.
Why Youthmakers Hub?
I have a dream and I know that it’s the dream of a lot of people: To live in a world of peace, respect and love. Youthmakers Hub, in its vision and projects as organisation for the youth and the future generations, makes me to confirm that we are humans, only when we cohabitate with others.
