The EU has always prioritized education and employability, but due to the COVID crisis, the need for “A Europe fit for the digital age” emerges. As a response, YMH implements a 2-day digital training called the “Employability Emergency Kit,” focused on project management, pitching, wording & formatting, and Europass. The latter is recognized as the best tool for providing digital educational opportunities to the Youth. The participants get to know how they can competitively complete their CVs and the benefits offered by its updated platform. Additionally, the participants learn how to organize projects from the ground up through an introduction to Project Management and an analysis of its stages. Acknowledging that the idea is as crucial as its presentation, the training includes guidance on the importance of presentation skills.
