In this training session, our trainer, Luke Jackson, a Guest Service Specialist, touches upon his day-to-day experience to share some of the ways customer service, regardless of the industry, is changing and in what ways we can prepare to serve people in the future. Despite technology and self-service, there are some things only a human being can bring, and they are often the elements that keep a customer coming back repeatedly. He shows our participants how to add value to customer journeys in the age of AI and self-service.
