AfriConEU’s Triumph: Finalist in .eu Web Awards Laurels Category | September 2023

Youthmakers Hub is excited to share an important achievement for its own AfriConEU project in the prestigious .eu Web Awards. With 863 nominations, AfriConEU received an impressive 601 votes, securing the second-highest vote count among all nominees. We entered this competition on August 1st, during an open window from April 18th, and it quickly became apparent that our community’s support was nothing short of incredible. This groundswell of support propelled us into the finals, and we are excited to share that we have been chosen as one of the top three finalists in our category (The Laurels). This recognition is a testament to the dedication and passion of our Youthmakers Hub community.
