On the 20th and 22nd  of July, the virtual training seminar: 21st Century Skills took place on the Zoom platform. This training seminar is the second of the four events under the European Solidarity Corps program entitled “21st Century Skills Academy”, which is being co-funded by the European Solidarity Corps of the European Union and the Youth and Lifelong Learning Foundation (INEDIVIM).


The aim of the training seminar was for the participants to obtain some of the crucial competencies required for the contemporary job market through play, simulation, debate, and other interactive activities. The trainer was Marco Valerio Battaglia, president at IPA and Trainer of A.S.D. Kamaleonte. The trainer introduced the beneficiaries to necessary soft skills for the 21st Century, such as communication, critical thinking, and intercultural understanding, among others. The participants, coming from 8 different cities of Greece, worked in break-out rooms, leaving their comfort zone, and practiced all learned during the training seminar. Then, they proceeded to  present their deliverables to the whole group.
